We specialize in creating and maintaining professional designs for printed products such as business cards, postcards, letterheads, flyers & brochures, booklets, labels, event tickets, envelopes magnets  and custom design request.

One of the best ways to communicate your design ideas is through info graphics. We assist educators, corporate executives and technical writers in transforming data presentations into compelling clear graphics. 


Graphic Design pricing will vary from project to project. Pricing is based on the specific design requirements and the amount of time need to create the design and layout of your project. The pricing listed below is broken into a Tier Platform which provides the specific requirements needed to qualify for pricing.


It is recommended that you complete the graphic design questionnaire to give our staff of designers an accurate assessment of the various components of your project and also clarify any questions or concerns that need to be addressed in order to provide a premium design that fits within your budget.

Pricing: Starts at $60

Design Time: 2 hours or less

The Basic Platform applies to simple designs where the customer supplies any requested logos, images and text that need to be formatted for printing, digital designs, social media ads, apparel designs, etc..


Customer must supply specific instructions for:

- Document Size & Format

  (ex: 4x6 Postcard or 6ft x 2ft Banner)


- Images & Text Placement

Samples of similar designs or Hand Drawn pics are acceptable.


- Color schemes and Font Styles

Similar design samples from previous projects  or images found online are acceptable.

Pricing: Starts at $150

Design Time: 2  to 6 hours

The Premium Platform applies to graphic designs created from scratch using the general request of the customer. The customer will not be required to provide specific details of what is needed in the design, only a general overview. This includes original designs such as logos, backgrounds, color schemes,  vector images, stock photos, layouts, etc…


- Customer provides a general idea of what will be needed to create the design. AJPGG will assume the responsibility of formatting various layouts and design ideas which will be submitted to the customer for approval.


- Multiple proofs and layouts will be provided for your review and approval. Once a proof is selected, the customer is allowed to make unlimited changes until the final design is approved.

Pricing: Starts at $225

Design Time: Based on project specs

This Executive Platform is based on design projects that require multiple components or phases for a single project or multiple projects across an extended period of time.


- Customer provides a general overview of the project and its various components and any additional information that needed for each project. Based on the final specs submitted by the customer a final quote and production timeline will be submitted for approval.


- Multiple proofs and layouts will be provided for your review and approval. Once a proof is selected, the customer is allowed to make unlimited changes until the final design is approved.

Payment Process & Invoicing

50% of estimated graphic design costs are due upon beginning a project and/or contract signing unless the project is small or of short duration (determined at initial consultation). Payment must be made before any work is started on a project. AJPGG reserves the right to invoice a client at any time if project extends beyond projected completion date, or if the number of billable hours on the project exceeds the estimated project time.


All invoices are due and payable upon receipt and must be paid UPON COMPLETION of project, unless otherwise specified in the contract. A penalty for late payment will be assessed as follows: 1.5% of unpaid balance per month overdue.
